Why the Lab Board exists
Experiments were finishing and their conclusions were living only in chat transcripts and folder READMEs nobody re-opened. Six months later, nobody could answer "did we try that, and what did we find?"
This board makes judgment persistent. It reads lab.yaml records straight out of registered repositories at request time.
Architecture & Enforcement
- No second database: The lab's repository is the record. The board holds no state of its own.
- Write API Enforcement: Closing a lab without a recorded verdict AND a KB article reference is rejected at the API layer before touching git.
